Solar Living Institute
The Solar Living Institute is the educational arm of the Solar Living Center – a 12-acre solar-powered training, demonstration, and event center for sustainable living in Mendocino County, California. We provide powerful educational opportunities through our inspirational, experiential programs and our onsite network of demonstrations.
A large display greets each guest at the front walkway of the Solar Living Institute. I designed this 3’ x 5’ poster using a combination of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. It displays historical editions of the Real Goods Newsletter in combination with photographs of solar exhibits and artwork.
Throughout the solar living institute, you will find 18” x 24” displays educating the reader about the exhibit while integrating a campus wide map indicating the location of the reader. These displays were designed using Adobe Illustrator
Upon entering the Solar Living Institute, the guest is greeted with brochures that I made using both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
The retail branch of the Solar Living Center is for Real Goods. Each product display made by me included the store logo and font made using Adobe In Design.
Customer Service Representatives can be identified by the buttons on their shirts that I designed using Adobe Photoshop.
